they hold a lot. i have about 10 pairs of jeans 5 jackets, 1 coat, 6 purses and a bunch more miscellaneous stuff. the handles feel sturdy and i love that they're clear so i can see in them. they come with a little slot to put a label in.
You can define it full this up with clothes and carry it comfortable. Anything heavier I'll be worried about the handles or support the button. It's very big and light. I'm using this for comforters and pillows during my move.
